Dr. Dale Ruddick

President


Dr. Dale Ruddick has served as an Ordained Pastor/Counselor for 40 years. Dr. Ruddick while pastoring has served on the Chaplains Staff at the Local Hospital in previous years. He has a Doctorate in Ministry; Masters in Counseling, Bachelors in Biblical Studies. Dr. Ruddick is a Certified Temperament Counselor, Certified Pastoral Counselor and a Professional Clinical Member of National Christians Counselors Association, Sarasota, Florida. He is a License Clinical Pastoral Counselor, Candidate.

Dr. Ruddick founded Life Springs International, Inc an Arkansas Nonprofit charity counseling ministry, in July 2008. In February 2015 Life Springs became Life Springs Christian Counseling, Inc a 501 c 3 Nonprofit Charity ministry.

Mrs. Cindy Ruddick

Mrs. Ruddick is currently Director of the Blytheville, Gosnell Area Food Pantry and has served there since 2001 in different positions. She worked as manager of the Hallmark store of Blytheville, Arkansas. She has been instrumental in developing different levels of food assistance programs for the elderly through the Pantry. Mrs. Ruddick has a High School diploma, and has served as a Teacher instructor of youth through her local church. Mrs. Ruddick has served as accountant for both the Pantry and Life Springs Intl.

Mrs. Kim Fulks

Secretary


Mrs. Fulks serves as Co-Pastor and Founder of Connection Ministries. She is a state certified beautician, and is a Certified Youth Counselor by Church of God, Cleveland, TN. She has led Grief recovery workshops and groups through her Pastoral position at Connection. She currently serves as a Board Member for Blytheville, Gosnell food Pantry.

Rhonda Pearson

Board Member


Mrs. Pearson Is a retired Social Worker, holding a Masters in Social Work and Psychology as well as several advanced certifications in her field of expertise. Rhonda will be one of our Counselors, upon completion of Certification with National Christian Counselors Association, followed by Licensure. Rhonda Pearson: Board member

Stewart Jerome

Board Member


Mr. Jerome is currently employed at Farmers Bank and Trust as the facility manager. He is a former President of the Chamber of Commerce, and former business man. While at the Chamber he was instrumental in bringing large manufacturing companies to the area from overseas. Mr. Jerome holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Economics from Arkansas College, Batesville, Arkansas. Mr. Jerome was instrumental in working with the local college in formulating English classes for foreign executives of the Industries entering the community.

Scott Loyd

Board Member


Mr. Loyd has a Master of Arts Communication; Bachelors of Arts Speech Communication and theatre and he is currently enrolled in a Ph.D Program in Heritage Studies and a Professor on the faculty at Oklahoma Baptist University as a communications and debate instructor. He is currently involved in mentoring underprivileged children.

Wesley Britton

Board Member


Mr. Britton is a resident of Judsonia, Arkansas, and an Exxon Supervisor over Gas and Oil field wells maintenance and systematic care. He has served as Pastor and associate pastor at several churches. He has served on LSCC advisory board for 1 years.

Kevin McAnulty

Board Member


Mr. McAnulty is the founder of Christian Family Fellowship International of Poplar Bluff, Mo. He has organized and trained counselors for addiction counseling and is involved in caring for the homeless. He has served as principle at a large Christian School in New Orleans, LA, Homestead, FLA. Mr. McAnulty has served as Principle of a local school. He has conducted a 12 step Christian recovery program for addiction for many years in his Church. He has a Master’s Degree in Education/Communication/English he has helped organize several 501 c 3 organization and serves on their board.
